TOP Ag Services will bring you Service, Performance, Choices and excellent customer service.... The Opportunity Project Products Resources About About Us "Your Success Matters!" "Farming is an opportunity, but growing a crop is business." Mission Statement At TOP Ag Services, we're here to build your path with exceptional products, heartfelt service, and unwavering support—because your success matters. We believe in lifting each other up in this beautiful, demanding world of farming. Our mission unfolds in two truths: Empowering your triumphs: We walk alongside farmers, offering tools and insights that turn challenges into victories, so you can grow not just crops, but confidence and legacy. Brightening the everyday: Farming's joys are deep, but so are its storms—we're committed to sparking a little light in every interaction, delivering not just solutions but smiles, stories, and a sense of belonging. Because when we ease the weight, we all bloom brighter. Vision Statement We envision TOP Ag Services as a warm hearth of wisdom, lived experience, and uplifting energy for our agricultural family—starting right here in our local fields with the growers we call neighbors, and rippling out to farmers across the heartland and beyond. In a world where farming is an opportunity, but growing a crop is business, we dream of being that steady hand: sharing knowledge that feels like a trusted recipe passed down, fostering positivity that turns tough seasons into tales of resilience, and building a community where every voice—from the soil-stained hands to the next generation—feels seen and strong. Core Values Our values are the threads that weave us together—like the roots holding firm in fertile soil. They're not rules etched in stone, but living promises we renew each day, inspired by the rhythms of land and life. Hearts First for Our People: We start by truly listening—uncovering the dreams, hurdles, and hopes of those we serve—then co-create solutions that fit like a well-worn glove. It's not about pushing what we have; it's about growing what you need. Weaving as One: In the tapestry of teamwork, our collective spirit shines brighter than any solo thread. Together, we share the load, celebrate the wins, and lift each other higher—because no one farms alone. Kaizen: Gentle, Steady Growth: Like tending a garden season by season, we embrace continuous improvement with curiosity and grace, refining our ways to better serve and evolve. Embracing the Whole Story: We lean into tough conversations with openness and care, not to win debates, but to uncover deeper understanding and craft solutions that honor every perspective—like mending a quilt with all its patches. Stewards of Grace: We hold what we've been given as sacred gifts from a loving Creator—not as possessions to clutch, but as blessings to tend with humility, generosity, and gratitude, passing forward abundance to those who follow.
